LIVE EVERGREEN

Run it live once — but record it like it will play every day for the next 12 months. One dated sentence can burn the whole recording.

The one rule: nothing on camera can prove when it was recorded.

The Kill List

Never say these on camera

Each one timestamps the recording. If it slips out, note the timestamp so it gets cut in post.

Dates & days — “this Thursday,” “July 15th”
Time-of-day greetings — “good evening”
Seasons, holidays, “end of the year”
News, weather, sports, current events
Exact attendee counts — “400 of you on”
“We’ll wait a few minutes for people to join”
Replay promises that won’t match the funnel
Cohort or launch references — “this round,” “last week’s class”
Prices, bonuses, or links you might change later
Years on slides or screen — footers, “2026 edition”

Script Swaps

Say this instead

“Good evening everyone!”“Hey everyone, welcome in!”
“Doors close Friday at midnight.”“Doors close when this training ends.”
“There are 400 of you on right now.”“I see a ton of you jumping in the chat.”
“I’ll send the replay tomorrow.”“This is the only time I’m teaching this — take notes.”
“Earlier this month I closed a deal…”“Recently I closed a deal…”

The final gate

Before it goes evergreen, one person watches the entire recording start to finish with a single question in mind:

Could a viewer tell WHEN this was recorded?

If the answer is no — ship it. That recording now sells every day without you.
